International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@clothingowl.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- For PayPal refunds, processing may take at least 14 days, and in some regions, PayPal may require up to 30 days due to legal regulations.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hong Kong Youning Limited is not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@clothingowl.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
- Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@clothingowl.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
