  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card): Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days after we approve the return.
  • PayPal Refunds: PayPal refunds may take at least 14 business days to process. In some regions, due to local laws, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days.
  • Bank Transfers: If a refund is issued via bank transfer, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
